The Borscht Bowl

You can’t come to Grand Forks without tasting a little of its Doukhobor heritage, and The Borscht Bowl is one of the best places to do it. Right downtown on Market Avenue, this small, locally loved restaurant serves authentic Doukhobor cuisine, such as: Pyrahi, Voreniki, Nalesniki, Fruit Pyroshky, Kalachi and Borscht! We also make homemade soups, stews and chilis. As well as homemade hamburgers and a small amount of Mexican food. We make the best Caesar salads with our homemade dressing.
